We publish statistical model output — predicted probabilities, identified edges, and suggested bet sizing — for entertainment and informational purposes. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept or place wagers, and we do not facilitate gambling in any way.
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this service. You are responsible for knowing whether sports wagering is legal where you live. Our content is not an inducement to gamble where gambling is unlawful.
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Our model's past performance — live or backtested — does not guarantee future results. Published results are tracked on a model bankroll at actual market lines and do not represent real-money wagers. Paid tiers are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing subscriber content (picks, breakdowns, alerts) outside your own personal use is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund.
All site content, including model output, analysis, and design, is our property. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it while subscribed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PICKSJUICE's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for gambling losses of any kind.
