When you take the assessment, we collect your email address and quiz answers. When you create an account, we collect your email, an encrypted password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google), and your subscription tier. When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. We also keep standard server logs.
We use your information to deliver picks and account emails, personalize your strategy profile, process billing, and improve the service. If you joined through the assessment, we may send you a free weekly recap and occasional offers — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We share data only with the processors that run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We keep your data while your account is active. Email picks@picksjuice.com to access, correct, or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from all marketing. We'll act on deletion requests within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (such as billing history).
We use only the cookies and local storage required for login sessions. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
This service is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
